You are solely responsible for your travel decisions and arrangements. PlanTripFly provides recommendations only and is not responsible for booking confirmations, travel arrangements, or travel experiences.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of PlanTripFly are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our AI-generated recommendations.

We are not responsible for any travel-related issues, including but not limited to flight delays, hotel availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for your safety and well-being during travel.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.
